Find a job

The Jobs page has two ways of looking at the same set: Tavle groups by status and is the one for "what is happening today"; Liste is the table and is the one for everything else. Your choice is remembered.

Søg i job matches the job title, the job number, the customer and the site address, which covers most of the ways somebody actually describes the job they are looking for on the phone.

The status chips across the top narrow to one status, or Alle.

Everything else is the standard list toolbar, the same one on every list in DealJourney, so it is documented once rather than re-explained here: filtering is Filter a list, keeping a filter you use often is Save and share a view, and choosing and ordering columns is Choose columns and sort a list. The filters are grouped as Job, Hvem det gælder, Tidsplan and Adresse.

Vis arkiverede job brings back the ones taken out of the way. Eksporter job downloads what you are looking at: Henter alle job, der passer med de filtre, du har sat.

Which jobs you see depends on your role. Admins, and any role given full access to Jobs in the role settings, see every job. Everyone else sees the jobs they own, are on the crew for, created, or that are waiting for a team they belong to, and the jobs of their teammates. The page says so under its title: Viser de job, du er på, har oprettet, eller som venter på dit team. The same rule applies to search and the schedule, and a link to somebody else's job does not open. To let a dispatcher or manager see everything, give their role full access to Jobs.

On a very large number of jobs the page tells you when it is not showing you all of them, rather than quietly cutting the list short: Viser {{shown}} af {{total}} job. Indsnævr søgningen for at få resten frem.

From elsewhere in the app. A customer's jobs are on the customer, and a job created from a deal or a project links back to it, so you rarely have to come here to find one.
