Hours are recorded the same way everywhere in DealJourney (Timesheet). What is specific to a job is turning them into money.

On the Linjer tab, pulling the hours sweeps every hour logged against this visit that has not already been billed somewhere else and turns each one into a line. You are told what happened in so many words: Tilføjede {{count}} linjer for {{hours}} timer til en værdi af {{amount}}.

Nothing is swept twice. An hour that was already billed elsewhere is left alone and counted separately: {{count}} registreringer var allerede faktureret et andet sted, så de blev ikke rørt. If there is nothing waiting, you get Der er ingen ufakturerede timer registreret på dette job lige nu.

When an hour has no rate the pull stops and asks rather than guessing: Nogle af disse timer mangler en timepris. Angiv en, der skal bruges til dem. Give it Pris pr. time and Tilføj timerne. Bruges kun til de timer, der ikke har deres egen pris. Resten beholder deres.

That refusal is deliberate. Pricing somebody's afternoon at zero because the rate was missing is the kind of mistake nobody notices until the invoice has gone out.

One line per entry, not one lump. Each line remembers which recorded hour it came from, which is what makes billing the same hour twice impossible. It does mean a week of work is several lines rather than one, and you can edit their descriptions like any other line.

Pulled lines count as delivered, so they are billed with the rest when the job reaches the status that invoices: Lines, and what actually gets billed
