Momentum
Momentum is the gamified view of sales activity, under Momentum in the sidebar. It turns the work people are already doing into daily goals, streaks, a leaderboard, challenges and head-to-head duels.

What it shows: your progress towards a daily goal, how many days in a row you have hit it, where you sit against colleagues, and any challenge or duel currently running.
It measures sales, not activity. The numbers come from won deals or registered orders — whichever the company has chosen under Choose what counts as a sale. Calls, meetings and stage moves do not score. This is worth understanding for two reasons. It means Momentum only reflects reality if those sales are actually recorded, and it means the leaderboard rewards closing, not looking busy.
It also means the scores are only as honest as the logging. A team that learns to register orders for the leaderboard produces a beautiful chart and no extra revenue, so it works best where the thing being counted is genuinely the thing you want more of.
It is off by default. If Momentum is not in your sidebar, it has not been switched on for your company rather than being missing — an administrator can enable it. See "Turn features on and off".
Not every team wants this, and that is a legitimate choice. It suits a phone-heavy sales floor far better than a small team of consultants working a handful of large accounts.
