Duels
Dueller — Mand mod mand-kampe
- 1Ny duel.
- 2Give it a Navn — f.eks. Nord mod Syd
- 3Choose the Kampmål. Sales count and value use the workspace sale definition. Enabled customer meetings started, sent emails and completed tasks use the same rules as Goals. Meeting bookings are not counted as meetings that have started.
- 4Set Starter and Slutter.
- 5Name the sides — Navn på hold A and Navn på hold B — and Vælg medlemmer.
- 6Add a Indsats (valgfri): f.eks. Taberen giver frokost

Duels show Kommende, Live or Afsluttet, with {{name}} fører, Helt lige or {{name}} vandt! as it runs. Aktiv duel appears on the momentum dashboard, and Vis afsluttede brings the history back.
Balance the sides. An obviously lopsided duel is over on day one and demotivates both teams — the losers give up, the winners coast. Mix experience levels rather than putting the strong sellers together.
Keep them short. A week works; a quarter does not. People pay attention to something that ends soon, and a short duel you can run again is better than a long one nobody remembers starting.
The stake matters more than the prize. Lunch, a silly trophy, choosing the office playlist — small and social beats money, which turns a game into compensation and changes behaviour in ways you will not enjoy.
Duel or challenge? A duel is one team against another. A challenge is a target to hit, individually or together, with nobody to beat: Start a challenge or a duel. Use a challenge when you want everyone to improve rather than someone to lose.
Ingen dueller endnu — start en for lidt rivalisering.
