Opret og administrer landingssider til dine kampagner

The point is the form. A landing page with a form on it turns a visitor into a record in your CRM — normally a lead — without anyone retyping anything from an email. That is the difference between a campaign you can measure and one you cannot.

A submission can create a lead, and a lead can trigger a rule. Lead capture is on by default, so the usual automation is a workflow on lead created — assign it, acknowledge it, make a task. Set that up when you publish the page, not after the first enquiry has sat unanswered over a weekend. See What can trigger a rule.

Ask for less than you want to know. Every extra field costs you completions. Get enough to make contact and enough to route the enquiry; everything else can be asked once someone is talking to you.

Have somebody own it before it goes live. The most common failure with lead capture is not technical — it is enquiries landing in the CRM correctly and nobody having agreed whose job it is to answer them.

Test the page yourself after publishing: submit the form, and confirm the record appeared where you expected with the fields filled in.
