Pictures on a job

The Billeder tab holds the pictures from the visit. Ingen billeder endnu. Et før og et efter er det, der afgør en uenighed om dette besøg senere.

Adding one. Tilføj billeder, then Vælg et billede and say whether it is Før, Efter or Andet. A Hvad billedet viser, med få ord is worth writing: six months later nobody remembers which cupboard that was.

Vælg flere på én gang. Billederne formindskes på denne enhed, før de sendes, så billeder direkte fra mobilen er helt fine, og du kan navngive dem bagefter. If one is still too large after that you are told plainly: Billedet er for stort til at blive gemt, selv efter det er gjort mindre. Tag det igen i lavere opløsning.

Before and after sit side by side, in pairs, which is the whole reason a service business takes them. A visit with only one of the two shows Intet før-billede or Intet efter-billede in the empty half, so a missing before is obvious while the crew is still on site rather than in an argument afterwards.

Pictures are not documents. They live on the job itself, so they work with no cloud drive connected and they do not end up in the customer's contract folder. Product sheets, certificates and the paperwork you are obliged to file are documents, and those are on the Dokumenter tab: Document storage

Adding and removing a picture are both written to the Historik tab, so it is answerable who took a picture off the record and when.
