Choose columns and sort a list

Every list page lets you decide which columns to show and in what order.

1. 1Open Tilpas kolonner from the list page's toolbar.
2. 2Tick the columns you want and untick the ones you do not. Custom fields your company has added appear here alongside the built-in ones.
3. 3Drag to reorder if the sequence matters.
4. 4Press Anvend ændringer.

Vis alle and Skjul alle are quick starting points, and Nulstil til standard puts the list back the way it came if you have made a mess of it.

To sort, click a column header. Click it again to reverse the direction.

Your column choice is remembered for you, so it does not affect what colleagues see. If you want the whole team looking at the same shape of list, put the layout into a shared saved view instead.

Adding a column is also the quickest way to sanity-check a filter: put the field you filtered on into the list and you can see the values you matched rather than trusting the count.
