Find your earlier video calls
Opkald in the menu lists every video call you hosted or spoke in, newest first, including calls never attached to a customer or deal and calls started from a team-chat conversation. It is open to everyone in the workspace who can make video calls; it is not an add-on.
Three ways in.
- Opkald in the left menu.
- Dine opkald at the top of Kalender. Every finished call is also logged in the host's calendar, and the entry has a link to the call's record.
- Dine tidligere opkald on the room's start screen, and Åbn det, der blev gemt fra opkaldet the moment a call ends.
Pick a period at the top (7, 30, 90 or 365 days) and open a call to read it back: the transcript and chat, everything Dealy said in it and its wrap-up, and your own notes from the call (Dine noter fra opkaldet), which only you can see. A team-chat call is only ever listed for the person who started it and the people who spoke in it.
When a call ends abruptly. If your computer dies, the connection drops or the tab is closed mid-call, nothing is lost: the transcript, the chat, Dealy's suggestions, its running summary and the commitments it heard are saved as the call goes. Open the call here and Det Dealy noterede undervejs shows the summary and commitments up to that point. If no wrap-up was written, Dealy writes it from the saved transcript when you open the call, or press Skriv afrundingen nu. A call nobody hung up is marked sluttede uden at lægge på.
Patterns across calls (objections, competitors, talk time, searching what was said) are on Call insights across your video calls, where your plan includes it.
