Ask the team to decide
Use Opret afstemning in the message box. Give it a question, then add the things people are choosing between.
An option can be a picture, not a description of one. Each option row takes Tilføj billede, so four designs go in as four designs. Billedtekst (valgfrit) is optional once an option has an image. Anyone reading the channel can click a picture to see it full size.
Why it matters. Choosing between four designs, two supplier quotes or three headlines is the same job every time: a question, some options, some people, a deadline, and an answer with a reason. Doing it by writing "Option A" and pasting a picture underneath gets you comments in no particular order and nothing you can point at in six months.
Decide how people should answer
Hvordan skal folk svare? offers two ways.
⟦Vælg én⟧ is a straight vote. Turn on Tillad flere svar if people may choose more than one.
⟦Giv point til alle muligheder⟧ asks everyone to score every option instead, and ranks them by average. This is usually the better one for design work: people can reliably tell you something is a six when they cannot tell you what would make it a ten.
Højeste point sets how high the scores go. Five is the default on purpose. Nobody can defend the difference between a seven and an eight, and a wider scale only makes the resulting average look more certain than the judgement behind it.
Notes on a single option
Anyone can attach a short note to one option, so "the spacing is off" sits on the option it is about instead of somewhere in a pile of replies. Open an option and use Tilføj en note.
You cannot reply to a note, and that is deliberate. A note is a verdict about one option. If notes could be replied to, a four-option question would grow four separate arguments and nobody could read the discussion from start to finish. All real back and forth belongs in the message's thread, which stays the one place the decision was argued: Threads
You can delete your own notes. You cannot delete anybody else's.
Give it a deadline
Luk afstemningen på et bestemt tidspunkt sets when answering stops. Decisions rot quietly, and a deadline is what stops one sitting untouched for three weeks.
Close it, and say why
When you have your answer, close it and record Hvilken mulighed vandt? together with Hvorfor? Én linje.. The card then leads with the option you chose and the sentence explaining it.
That sentence is the reason to close a decision properly rather than letting it expire. Months later, "we went with the second one because it holds up on a phone" is the only part anybody needs.
Only the person who asked, or a channel owner or admin, can close it.
What is waiting on you
Venter på dig sits above your conversation list and shows open questions, from every channel, that you have not answered yet. Soonest deadline first. It disappears entirely when there is nothing waiting, and it never lists your own questions, since you are not waiting on yourself.
