Chat on your phone
What it is. A stripped-down version of DealJourney holding only the two things worth using on a phone: Teamchat and Dealy, side by side at the bottom of the screen. No sidebar, no CRM around it. Everything else stays on the computer, because the rest of DealJourney is built for a screen you cannot fit in a pocket.
Open it at /mobile-app. It signs you in with the same account you already use, and it stays signed in.
Putting it on your home screen. Do this once and it stops being a website: full screen, no address bar, its own icon.
On Android, open the address and tap Install app when the browser offers it. On iPhone, open it in Safari, tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen. Apple gives no shortcut for this — the app has to be added by hand.
The two tabs. Teamchat is the same chat as on the computer: the same channels, the same unread marks, the same threads. Read something on your phone and it is read on your computer a moment later. Dealy is the same assistant, with the same access to your data, so you can ask it to find a customer or log what just happened on the way back from a meeting.
The Dealy tab only appears if your plan includes it.
Notifications. Turn them on from the prompt the app shows the first time you open it from the home screen. On iPhone this only works once the app is on your home screen — added by hand as above — because Apple does not deliver notifications to a page open in a browser tab.
Unread counts show on the app icon itself, so you can see there is something waiting without opening anything.
