The liquidity forecast, under Likviditetsprognose, projects the cash going in and out over the coming period, so the question "can we afford this in March" has an answer that is not a guess.

The Liquidity forecast page in DealJourney

It draws on what the CRM already knows — invoices issued and not yet paid, recurring subscription income, expected costs — and lays them out on a timeline.

You can add things by hand. Not every real payment exists as a record in the CRM: a tax bill, a deposit, a one-off purchase. Manuelle kontantstrømshendelser du vil ha med i prognosen. Add them and the forecast reflects the business rather than only the part of it the CRM happens to hold.

Repeating payments are entered once as a series. Denne hendelsen gjentas. Alt du endrer her gjelder alle betalingene i serien. Take that seriously when editing — and note that removing a series is not limited to what is ahead of you: Denne betalingen {{date}} er én av flere i en gjentakende hendelse. Fjerner du hele serien, forsvinner alle betalingene i den, både tidligere og fremtidige.

Treat it as a projection, not a bank balance. It assumes invoices are paid when due, and customers are not uniformly punctual. The forecast is most useful for spotting the shape of a problem — a thin month, a large outgoing landing before a large incoming — rather than for a precise figure on a given day.

For what has actually been invoiced and paid, use the accounting area and the invoice list. This page is about what is expected to happen next.
