Meeting scheduling
Meeting scheduling lets other people book time with you themselves. You publish a link, they see when you are free and pick a slot, and the meeting lands in your calendar without the back-and-forth of proposing times.
It lives under Møtebooking in the sidebar. Administrer bookinglenker og gå gjennom innkommende forespørsler
Booking link versus calendar event. A calendar event is one meeting you create. A booking link is a standing offer: one link, reused, that anyone can book against. You typically have a few: a short intro call, a longer demo, a review.
It works off your real calendar, so what people are offered reflects what is genuinely free. That is why the connection matters: without your mailbox connected, your availability is not known and the link cannot avoid double-booking you. See "Connect your calendar".
Del profil publishes all of your links on one page, which is usually what belongs in an email signature: the person picks the kind of meeting rather than you guessing which link to send.
Incoming requests are reviewed from the same page, so you can see what has been booked without hunting through your calendar.
Measure booking outcomes. Open Resultater on the booking links page and choose a Periode. It shows the current status of meeting bookings created through your links in this workspace during that period: confirmed, awaiting approval or email verification, expired verification, cancelled, declined and recorded no-shows. Webinar registrations remain in each event's registration list.
A confirmed meeting is not proof of attendance. Reschedules use the replacement booking and do not inflate cancellation totals. These results do not measure page visitors or visitor-to-booking conversion.
Calendar delivery. Booking confirmation and delivery to a connected calendar are tracked separately. Under Resultater, the Kalenderinvitasjoner section appears when an invitation or cancellation is waiting or needs attention. It covers all dates, independently of the results period. Temporary failures retry automatically. If a calendar needs reconnecting, follow Connect your calendar, then use Prøv kalenderlevering igjen. Delivery is complete only after the calendar provider accepts the request. Moving a meeting cancels the old invitation and sends a replacement; the two calendars may take a moment to update.
Who can see and change a booking page. A one-to-one meeting page books its owner's calendar, so it is listed only for that person. A course or webinar page belongs to the company: everyone in the workspace sees it in the list and can edit its dates, read who has signed up, and export the list, so the course does not depend on whoever happened to create it. A workspace administrator sees and can manage every page, including colleagues' meeting pages. A page that is not yours shows its owner's name on its card. Copying a page makes you the owner of the copy.
