Timesheet
Timeliste is where hours live. Every entry is a number of hours on a date, attached to something real: a Kunde, a Prosjekt, a Salgsmulighet, a Sak or a Oppgave.
It is in the main sidebar for everyone. You do not need the projects module to use it — hours can be logged from a ticket or a customer just as well, and this page is where you look at them.
There are three views:
- ⟦Min uke⟧ — your own week, day by day, with a Ukessum. This is the day-to-day surface.
- ⟦Timer⟧ — the same hours added up and grouped, over any period. Group by Kunde, Prosjekt, Person and so on.
- ⟦Til avklaring⟧ — everything whose billable status nobody has decided yet, ready to be settled in bulk.
Hours versus activities. An activity records that you had a meeting or a call; a time entry records how long you spent, for money. They answer different questions and are stored separately — Activities.
Hours versus tasks. A task is a unit of work to be done; hours are logged *against* a task once you do it. See Tasks.
Who can see what is decided by the server, not by a setting: an administrator sees the whole company's hours, everyone else sees their own and their team's. Whose hours you can see
