Whose hours you can see

Visibility is decided on the server, so it is the same whichever view or report you come at the hours from, and there is no per-user setting that can loosen it by accident.

• Everyone sees their own hours.
• You also see your team's, if you are in a team. Teams are set up by an administrator: Set up teams.
• Administrators see every hour in the company.

That is why Grupper etter → Person shows only you when you are not in a team and not an administrator. It is not a bug or an empty filter; there is genuinely nothing else you are entitled to see.

If you should be seeing more, the fix is one of two things, both an administrator's to make: put you in the right team, or change your role. See Add users and set what they can do.

Hours are not private notes. Anyone entitled to see the entry sees your Notat with it, and those notes end up in front of a customer when the hours are invoiced. Write them as if the customer will read them, because sooner or later one will.
