Create a booking link

Tilgjengelig i alle planerSlik gjør duÅpne i DealJourney
  1. 1Open Møtebooking from the sidebar.
  2. 2Click Ny lenke.
  3. 3Give it a Tittel that says what the meeting is: f.eks. 30-minutters oppdagelsessamtale. This is what the other person sees, so it sets their expectation of the length and purpose.
  4. 4Set the Varighet.
  5. 5Under Tilgjengelighet, check the Tidssone and then set the start and end time for each weekday, marking the days you do not take meetings as Utilgjengelig.
  6. 6Save, then use Kopier lenke to share it.

Find the settings. The editor is divided into named sections:

  • Oppsett contains the meeting details, available hours, time zone, notice period, booking window and buffers. Webinar sessions also live here.
  • Gjesteopplevelse contains intake questions, confirmation, reminders and cancellation policies.
  • Team og automatisering contains additional attendees and the existing host and CRM automation settings.
  • Deling contains the website embed for saved links and the registration list for webinars.

Before sharing, open Publiseringssjekk. It highlights missing details and explains the confirmation and reminder choices. Saving a new link makes it available immediately. This checklist checks the form; it does not prove that a connected calendar is healthy.

Explain an unavailable time. On a saved meeting link, open Publiseringssjekk and use Hvorfor er et tidspunkt utilgjengelig?. Choose a Dato, enter Tid (TT:MM) in the displayed link time zone, then click Sjekk tidspunkt. The check uses saved settings, not unsaved edits. It explains notice periods, booking windows, available hours, start intervals, daily limits and host calendar conflicts, including buffers. A missing calendar connection or a calendar that cannot be checked is shown explicitly. No booking is created or reserved.

For links with guest-specific routing, this checks the host pool. The guest's answers or existing owner may further restrict which host can take the meeting.

Email confirmation expires. A guest who must verify their email has 24 hours to do so, and the chosen time must still meet the link's current rules. Host approval is separate: a request awaiting approval is not a confirmed calendar invitation. Cancelled and declined requests cannot be revived by an old confirmation link.

Connect your calendar first. Availability is calculated against your real calendar, so without the connection the link will happily offer times you are already busy.

The time zone is part of the link, not part of your browser. Timene over leses i denne sonen, og det er sonen kalenderinvitasjonen oppgir. De som booker velger fortsatt sin egen tidssone. So a link built in Oslo keeps meaning Oslo hours when you edit it from a hotel in Singapore, and the invitation that lands in the other person's calendar names that zone instead of UTC.

You are told when somebody books. A booking on one of your links reaches you as a notification, and by email as well unless you turn that off. So does a booking that is waiting for you to approve it, one that gets cancelled, and one that is moved. All four are separately switchable under Bookinger in Innstillinger.

Worth setting before you share it:

  • Buffer før møter: Blokkerer {{minutes}} min før hver booking slik at du får tid til å forberede deg
  • Buffer etter møter: Blokkerer {{minutes}} min etter hver booking før neste kan starte
  • Bookingvindu: Folk kan bare booke opptil {{days}} dager frem i tid
  • Starttider, which decides how often a meeting is allowed to begin. Leave it at 15 minutes for a tidy quarter-hour grid, pick Samme som møtelengden if you would rather a 60-minute meeting only ever start on the hour, or drop it to 5 minutes when you want to squeeze the most out of a short day.

Without buffers a full day books back-to-back with no gap to write anything up or travel anywhere, which is how a scheduling link stops being a help.

What the person booking sees. The page carries your company logo and name from Firmaprofil, and your own profile photo, so there is nothing to set up: fill those in once and every booking link you publish uses them. The one choice per link is Utseende på bookingsiden. Left on Følg innstillingen til den som besøker siden the page follows whatever light or dark setting the visitor's own browser has, which means the same link can look different to different people. Pin it to Alltid lys or Alltid mørk when you want it to look the same for everyone.

Merkefarge is per link, so a sales call and a support call can be told apart at a glance.

Meet in DealJourney instead of Teams or Google Meet. Set Sted to DealJourney-videosamtale (med Dealy) and each confirmed booking gets its own call link, linked to the booked record: Meet in a DealJourney video call from a booking or calendar event

Running an event instead of a meeting? A booking link can also be a webinar, where you set the dates and many people sign up for the same one: Run a webinar people sign up for

If you set a custom web address for the link, keep it readable: Kun bokstaver, tall og bindestrek. La stå tom for å beholde nåværende slug.

Share the complete copied address. It identifies your exact booking page, even if another company uses the same name. Keep the entire address when adding it to an email or website. If an older address is unavailable, open Møtebooking and use Kopier lenke again. Replace an older website embed from the saved link's Nettside-innbygging section.

Taking a link out of use. Slett closes the link for good: the address stops working and the link leaves your Møtebooking list. The meetings people already booked through it are kept, both the ones that have happened and the ones still to come, so your history stays intact and nobody loses an appointment that is already in their calendar. The web address becomes free again, so you can reuse it on a new link. If you only want a pause, switch the link off instead and turn it back on later.

Leaving the editor. If you change a booking link and leave before saving, you are asked whether to discard the changes or keep editing. Closing or reloading the tab also warns you. A new link can restore its local draft; unsaved edits to an existing link still need to be saved before leaving.
