Asking Dealy to report a problem or an idea to us

Tilgængelig i alle planerSådan gør duÅbn i DealJourney

You do not have to open a form. Tell Dealy that something in DealJourney is broken, or that you wish it worked differently, and ask it to pass it on. Dealy checks that you want it sent, files it with the DealJourney team, and gives you the issue number in the reply.

It works the same in the chat you open with Abn Dealy and in any conversation you already have going, in whatever language you are writing in.

What to say

Anything that names the problem is enough:

  • "The follow-up date on leads resets when I save. Can you report that?"
  • "Send this to the DealJourney team: we need a filter for archived customers."

Dealy will ask for the missing pieces if the report would be too thin to act on: what you were doing, and what you expected instead. If you do not know how to reproduce it, say so; that is a normal answer and the report still goes.

What comes back

A confirmation with an issue number, the same kind you get from the Support form. It goes straight into our tracker at the top of the triage pile, together with which company reported it, so we can come back to you about it.

If someone in your company has already reported the same thing recently, Dealy tells you the number that is already open instead of filing a second one.

What it is not for

This reaches the DealJourney team, not your own customers. A complaint from one of your clients, or a job somebody on your team has to do, belongs in your own CRM as an activity or a task. Ask Dealy for one of those instead.

If it is a specific Dealy answer that was wrong, the report button under the reply sends the conversation along with it, which is quicker to act on. See Telling us when Dealy gets something wrong.
