Ask Dealy for a chart or a table

Tilgængelig i alle planerSådan gør duÅbn i DealJourney

Ask for a breakdown and Dealy draws it. "Deals per stage", "won value per month this year" or "won deals per seller per month" come back as a chart. Ask for a list, such as "the 10 newest customers with city and owner", and you get a table. Ask about one customer or deal and you get a short card with its key details and a link to open it.

The numbers are never typed by Dealy. Dealy decides what to count, and DealJourney counts it from your data, with the same access you have yourself. Under the title you can see how many records the picture is based on and when it was made.

Totals cover everything that matches, even when a chart or answer only lists the largest groups. "How many customers bought in Q3" is a count of customers, and "how many deals" a count of deals; Dealy keeps the two apart.

  • Sales and revenue are the deals' value, in each deal's own currency. Ask for the quote total or credited (split) revenue by name if that is what you want instead.
  • Per seller means the person the deal is assigned to. Ask "per meeting booker", or by any other person field on your deals, and the breakdown uses that field. People are shown by name, and deals with nobody in the field get their own line, such as "(no meeting booker)".
  • New customers in a period are customers whose first won deal falls in that period. Dealy can also give each customer's first or latest date, for example the date of their first sale.

On a chart or table you have three buttons:

  • Opdater counts it again from today's data.
  • Download som Excel saves what you see as an Excel file.
  • Fastgør til dashboard adds it to the dashboard you are using. It keeps updating there, so you build your dashboard by asking. Remove it from the dashboard the same way as any other widget.

In a table, click a column heading to sort by it, and click a name to open the record.

A pinned chart shows each person only what they are allowed to see. If you share the dashboard, a colleague with less access sees fewer records, or a note that the view is not available to them.
