Personalise Dealy voice calls
Open Dealy's settings, then Talesamtaler. These preferences belong to you and follow you across workspaces; colleagues keep their own choices.
Choose Stemme and use Lyt til prøve to hear it before a call. A preview uses AI credits and does not turn on your microphone. End an active call before previewing. Changes apply to the next call.
- Hvornår Dealy svarer controls how long Dealy gives you to finish a thought. The balanced default allows ordinary pauses; choose more patience if you pause to remember names, or quicker responses if it waits too long.
- Lad mig afbryde Dealy lets you stop Dealy by speaking.
- Tænketid balances quick answers with extra consideration for complex requests.
- Taletempo changes the pace of the spoken answer.
- Varme, Formalitet and Svarlængde guide the style and length of replies.
Use Gendan balancerede standardvalg to return to the balanced defaults.
Language and dialect
Talt sprog is independent of the interface language. You can keep English menus and choose Norwegian speech. Automatic starts with the language you chose for DealJourney in your profile, even on a device whose menus show another language, then follows your first clear sentence; a short ambiguous greeting does not change it. Dealy keeps the chosen language until you ask to switch, and does not drift between Norwegian, Danish and Swedish.
To make it stick, say so during a call, for example "always start in Norwegian". Dealy saves it as your Talt sprog, and your next call opens in that language. This is the only thing a call remembers for later.
Norsk dialekt guides Norwegian pronunciation. Dealy is instructed to keep one dialect throughout the call, but exact delivery can vary.
During a call
Start a call with Tal med Dealy handsfree. Stil et spørgsmål højt, så finder Dealy svaret og svarer dig med stemme.. Speech plays as it arrives, and the transcript appears progressively in the chat. The text may run ahead of the sound; it is not a word-by-word playback indicator. Dealy briefly acknowledges a lookup before reporting its results. Meeting times use the same local timezone as your calendar, including summer and winter time, and an all-day entry is said as all day rather than given a time. You can ask about past and upcoming meetings with any customer or person, and what was said in them, as described in See the meetings on a customer, contact or activity.
Paste or attach an image in the existing message box and send it while the call is active. Ask about it aloud, or include a written question for a spoken answer. An image sent alone waits for your question. Large images may be resized to fit the call connection. PDF attachments belong in typed chat after the call.
When a name matches several records, Dealy shows clickable choices. You can answer aloud when the choices have clearly different companies or other audible details. For names that look or sound alike, such as Sara and Sarah, choose on screen or type the exact choice in the card. Closely spelled choices keep changes blocked until that confirmation. If you cannot look, leave the change pending; you can still ask other questions during the call.
Changing dates on a call
On a call Dealy can move an activity's deadline, with or without a time of day, and a deal's expected close date. These are the only changes it makes to records that already exist; anything else, such as an amount or a stage, you type to Dealy in the app, and Dealy can log a note of it meanwhile so it is not forgotten.
Say it the way you would to a colleague: "move this to next Thursday" while you go through your activities. Dealy reads the change back with the record's name, its current date and the new date with its weekday, and moves it only when your very next answer is yes. If you say anything else, correct the date or wait more than a few minutes, nothing changes. If someone else changed the date in the meantime, Dealy tells you the new date instead of overwriting it. A moved date can be undone afterwards like any other change Dealy makes.
Reporting to DealJourney
Ask Dealy on a call to pass something on to the DealJourney team, such as a bug or a wish, and it files a report and tells you its key, just as in typed chat. When something is not possible on a call, Dealy says so plainly instead of guessing at a reason.
While a call runs
If a lookup finishes while you are speaking, Dealy waits for your turn to finish. Corrections such as “tomorrow instead” take precedence over an earlier lookup. A completed change is still reported honestly; correcting yourself does not undo something already saved. Longer research can give one brief progress update in a quiet moment. The selected record and recent conversation help keep follow-up questions in context.
