Telling us when Dealy gets something wrong
Under every answer Dealy gives you there are three actions: Kopier, Generer igen and Rapportér et problem.
If the answer is wrong, made up, in the wrong language, or just unhelpful, press Rapportér et problem. It opens the same Rapportér et problem form you get from Support in the sidebar, so nothing new to learn, but it arrives with the answer already attached.
What to write
Three boxes, none of them long:
- 1Hvad er i stykker? Say what Dealy said, and why it is wrong.
- 2Hvordan kan vi genskabe det? Only if you know. "It does it every time I ask about invoices" is a perfectly good answer.
- 3Hvad burde der ske i stedet? The answer you were after.
Then Send problem. You get an issue number back, and we work from that.
What gets sent with it
The form shows you exactly what it is attaching before you send: the page you were on, the question you asked, and the answer you got. That is what lets us find the conversation instead of guessing at it. A report that says "Dealy got this wrong" with nothing attached is very hard to act on.
Nothing else from your conversation is sent, and nothing is sent until you press submit.
If it is an idea rather than a fault
The back arrow at the top of the form takes you to the chooser, where Giv feedback is the right box for "this would be better if…". Same route, different pile.
What it does not do
Reporting an answer does not undo anything Dealy changed. If Dealy edited records and you want that reversed, use undo on the reply itself. See Approving and undoing what Dealy does.
