AI credits

Dealy runs on AI credits. Deles af alle i virksomheden. The balance belongs to the company, not to you, so everyone draws from the same pot.

When it runs low. Dealy shows Dealy har få kreditter tilbage once a day rather than nagging on every reply. You choose the level that triggers it with Sig til, når der er få kreditter, or turn it off with Sig aldrig til.

When it runs out. Dealy stops answering: Dealy kan ikke svare, før der er købt flere kreditter. Nothing is lost: your conversations and data are untouched, and it picks up again once the balance is topped up.

Topping up. Use Køb kreditter in Dealy-indstillinger. 1 kredit = 1,00 EUR. Kreditterne føjes til din saldo, så snart betalingen er gennemført. If you do not have permission to buy, Dealy tells you: Kontakt din administrator for at tilføje flere kreditter.

Your receipt. Every top-up issues a numbered invoice, and we email it to the billing address on your company. You can download it again at any time from Firmaprofil, under Dine fakturaer, so a lost email is never a lost voucher for your accounts. If your business is registered for VAT outside Denmark, the invoice records the reverse charge rather than charging you VAT.

Longer answers, deeper reasoning and research-mode briefs cost more than a quick lookup, so if the balance is disappearing faster than expected, that is usually where it is going.
