Choose which KPIs a list page shows
Every list page carries a row of KPI cards above the table. There are two separate controls, and which one you want depends on whether you are changing this for yourself or for everyone.
Hide the row, just for you
Above the cards there is a small Skjul nøkkeltall control. Use it and the row disappears on that page for you, on every device you sign in from. It comes back with Vis nøkkeltall.
The header also becomes shorter when the cards are hidden, bringing the search controls and table closer to the page title. Removing every card has the same compact layout, while administrators can still open Rediger KPI-er.
Reach for this when the cards are simply eating the space you wanted for the table. It changes nothing for anybody else, and everyone has it.
Change which cards everyone sees
Administrators get a Rediger KPI-er control next to that one, on the page itself. It opens a panel where each card can be moved, removed, or swapped for a different number.
- 1Open the list page you want to change.
- 2Select Rediger KPI-er.
- 3For each card, use the arrows to reorder, the bin to remove it, or Legg til en måling to bring in a metric from your metrics library.
- 4A library metric also takes a Periode (this week, this month, last 90 days, all time, and so on) and can be set to Dobbel bredde if the number needs the room. Choose Egendefinert periode to give the card your own from and to dates, up to three years apart.
- 5Save. Everyone in the company sees the new row.
Nullstill puts the page's original cards back.
If you are not an administrator you will not see this control at all. That is deliberate: the row is the same for the whole company, so one person changing it would change it for their colleagues.
What you can put on which page
A metric can only go on the page it measures. The Opportunities row offers opportunity metrics, the Invoices row offers invoice metrics, and so on. This is on purpose: a card labelled with a customer number sitting above the opportunities table would be read as being about the opportunities in front of you, and it would not be.
Two consequences worth knowing:
- If a metric you expected is missing from the list, it almost certainly measures a different record type. Put it on that record's page, or on a dashboard, where anything can sit next to anything.
- Ordre can take library metrics too. It used to be the one page that could only reorder and trim its own cards. It starts with two figures of its own, the number of orders and the monthly value of them, and deleted orders are left out of both so the numbers agree with the rows under them.
- Muligheter also accepts revenue splits. A split measures one row per deal and seller rather than the deal itself, so it is the one exception to the rule above: a figure like "won value, counting each person's share" belongs above the deals table even though it is technically measuring something else.
- Counting only some stages. Each of the Opportunities page's own cards tells you which stages it counts, and you can change it on the card itself. Open Rediger KPI-er, and under Faser som skal telles switch to Velg faser selv: the stages the card counts today are already ticked, so nothing moves until you untick one. Gj.snittlig avtalestørrelse adds Beregn gjennomsnitt for avtaler som er, where you choose between open and won deals, and every card takes a Periode, including dates you set yourself. The first card, Alle muligheter (inkl. lukkede), counts won and lost deals too, which is why it is larger than the open pipeline count.
Kontakter and Aktiviteter have no cards of their own, so their rows are built entirely from the metrics library and are meant to be built up further: open Rediger KPI-er, add the contact or activity metrics your company watches, and save. If a number you want is not in the library yet, define it there first and it becomes available here.
Kontakter starts with five, chosen to say what kind of contact base you have rather than only how big it is:
- how many contacts there are in total
- how many are marked as a decision maker
- how many are marked as a champion
- how many arrived in the last 90 days, which you can change to any period
- how many are currently active, meaning somebody who has come to *you* recently rather than somebody you merely emailed (See when you last heard from a contact)
The library also holds the two shares, decision makers and champions as a percentage of all your contacts. Add either as a card of its own if you would rather read the proportion than the count.
The decision-maker and champion marks are set on the contact itself (Edit a contact), so these figures are only as good as the marking. A tenant that has never used them reads zero, which is the honest answer rather than a broken one.
Removing a card only takes it off the page. Nothing stops being calculated and no report changes, so you can always put it back.
Why a colleague sees a card you do not
Almost always because one of you has hidden the whole row for yourself. The cards themselves are the same for everyone in the company, so if a single card is missing for one person and present for another, check the personal show/hide control first.
