Send an invoice and record payment
Sending. Find the invoice, open the menu at the end of its row and choose Skicka faktura. The status moves to Skickad, and the due date starts to matter from that point.
Downloading. For an invoice that came from e-conomic, Ladda ned PDF fetches e-conomic's own document: the invoice exactly as it was issued there. Every other invoice offers Ladda ned förhandsvisning (PDF) instead. That is a PDF DealJourney draws from the details stored here, marked on every page as a preview. It is not an official invoice, so never send it to a customer as one. The official invoice comes from your accounting system.
Recording payment. Set the invoice to Betald once the money has arrived. Where an accounting integration is connected this usually happens on its own (payment is registered in the accounting system and DealJourney follows), so check there before marking anything by hand. Marking an invoice paid in the CRM does not move money or tell the accounting system anything.
Chasing. Anything past its due date shows as Förfallen, with {{count}} dagar förfallen to show how far. Sort by that and you have your chase list.
Log the chase as an activity against the customer. It puts the conversation on the record where the next person will see it, and it stops two people ringing the same customer about the same invoice in the same week.
Card payment links. Card payment links are not ready for customer use until the deployed payment confirmation flow has been verified in test mode. A customer with a valid invoice link does not need a workspace login. Card payments are confirmed by the payment provider; changing a payment status in an older client cannot mark an unpaid or partially paid invoice as paid.
