The minutes inbox, under Referat Inbox, is a prioritised feed of newly published meeting minutes from the organisations you follow, with the ones most likely to matter to you first.

The Minutes inbox page in DealJourney

Why minutes are worth reading. Decisions appear in minutes before they appear anywhere else — a committee approving a budget, a board agreeing to put something out to tender. Reading them is how you hear about work while it is still being decided rather than when it is advertised.

The feed is prioritised, not exhaustive. It sorts what arrived by how relevant it looks, so the top of the list is a suggestion about where to spend your attention. Something further down is not necessarily irrelevant.

Rating them good, OK or poor matters. The feedback shapes what gets ranked highly next time, so a few seconds spent on it makes the feed progressively better. Skipping it leaves the ordering guessing indefinitely.

The search box matches titles, club names and URLs, not the body of the PDF. Asking Dealy about a topic is how you search inside the documents — "have they discussed the sports hall" is a question for the assistant, not for the inbox filter.

The minutes inbox is off by default and enabled per company.
