You do not have to rewrite a document to sign it here. If the wording is already agreed — a lawyer's draft, a supplier's terms, a form — upload it and sign it as it is.

  1. 1Start a new document and choose Last opp en PDFSigner en fil du allerede har
  2. 2Velg en PDF. You are told {{count}} side(r) klare til signering when it is read.
The tools are Signatur, Initialer, Tekst, Dato and Avkrysning.
  5. 5For each, set Ledetekst, Type and — the one that matters — Hvem fyller ut dette. Alle som signerer is available when it genuinely does not matter which signer completes it.
  6. 6Add the signers and send as usual: Send a document for signature

Signing it as it is keeps the pages byte-for-byte. Nothing is reflowed or reinterpreted, so what the other side reads is exactly the document that was agreed. That is what you want for anything a lawyer wrote.

⟦Vi klarte ikke å lese den PDF-en⟧ usually means a scanned image saved with a PDF extension, or a file protected with a password. Re-export it from whatever produced it, without a password.

If the pages will not displayVi fikk ikke vist sidene i dokumentet. Prøv å laste siden på nytt.

Want to edit the wording rather than just sign it? That is the other option at step 3, Bygg den om til redigerbar tekst, and it has real trade-offs: Turn a PDF you already have into an editable document
