Take a contract from the template library
The library holds finished contracts written for you. Take a copy and it belongs to your company: rename it, rewrite a clause, or send it exactly as it is.
Open Skabeloner from the documents page, then choose the Skabelonbibliotek tab.
- 1Pick the language you work in, at the top right of the list.
- 2Read what each contract covers. The description says what is in it and which country's law it was written for.
- 3Press Føj til mine skabeloner.
The copy appears under Dine straight away, and in the template picker the next time anyone starts a document.
What is in the library
- ⟦Salgskontrakt⟧: scope, a price table, payment and delivery terms, warranty, intellectual property, a liability cap, confidentiality, data protection, term and governing law.
- ⟦Ansættelseskontrakt⟧: role, place of work, start date, probation, salary and pay day, working hours, holiday, pension and notice.
- ⟦Fortrolighedsaftale⟧: a mutual confidentiality agreement, so both sides are bound by the same terms.
- ⟦Partneraftale⟧: reseller and referral terms, including commission, territory and how leads are registered.
- ⟦Opstartsformular⟧: a form the client fills in themselves rather than a contract you write.
Languages
Each contract says on its card whether it has been written in the language you picked. When it has not, you get the English one rather than a machine translation, and the card tells you so before you take it.
A copy, not a link
Taking a template copies it. Nothing you do to your copy affects anyone else, and a later change to the library never reaches back into a copy you already have. If you want the newer wording, take another copy and compare the two.
Read it before you send it
These are drafting aids, not legal advice. Each one opens with a short block of key terms near the top: start date, length, notice period, payment terms. Fill those in, then read the whole thing against how your company actually works.
