Save your own templates and sections
There are two sizes of reuse, and picking the right one saves a lot of tidying up later.
A whole document
Use this when the entire contract repeats: same wording, same clauses, same signing roles. Open the document, press Gem som skabelon, give it a name, and it appears under Gemt af din virksomhed the next time anyone starts a document.
One section
Use this when only a piece repeats. The confidentiality clause you paste into everything. The block of fields you rebuild for every new hire. The party card with your own company already filled in.
Hover the section in the editor, open its menu, and choose Gem som genbrugeligt afsnit. Name it, and optionally say when it should be used, which is what colleagues see when they are choosing. From then on it sits under Dine afsnit at the bottom of Tilføj til dokumentet.
What comes with it, and what does not
A saved section keeps its shape: the field names, their types, which are required, how wide they are, who fills each one, and any wording.
It does not keep what you typed into it. That is on purpose. If you save "Employment details" off a signed contract, the salary in it belongs to that one person, and carrying it into the next hire's contract is the kind of mistake nobody notices until it has been signed. The dialog lists exactly which values are being emptied before you save.
Merge fields are the exception and always come with it. A merge field is an instruction rather than a number, so it fills itself in against whichever document you drop it into. That is usually the most useful part of the section.
If you genuinely want the values kept, turn on Behold det, jeg har skrevet in the save dialog.
Managing them
Open Skabeloner and switch to Sektioner. You can rename each one, change the note about when to use it, and remove ones that have stopped being true. The list is ordered by how often each is used, so the ones your team actually reaches for stay at the top.
Removing a section never touches documents that already used it. Adding a section drops a copy into the document, so from that moment it is yours to edit and nothing links back.
To change what is inside a saved section, add it to a document, edit it there, and save it as a section again.
Templates for opportunities
In Skabeloner, open the template's menu and choose Skabelonindstillinger. Turn on Tilgængelig på tilbud and save. The template will then appear under Dokument til underskrift when generating a contract from an opportunity. This option is available when your workspace has Kontrakter enabled and your role can create signing documents. The sales agreement starter is enabled initially; other starters are not. You can enable your own templates or turn any template off again.
Use Tags, Jurisdiktion and Sprog to make templates easy to find. Tags can describe the service, agreement family or procurement process. Separate tags with commas. These settings are also available from Skabelonindstillinger while editing the template's content.
Set Passende priser and optionally Produktnavne der skal matche to suggest the template for matching opportunities. A suggestion requires the chosen pricing model and at least one entered product phrase to match. Leaving the product phrases empty matches pricing alone. Suggestions explain their matches; they do not check legal suitability. The opportunity picker still offers the other enabled templates and lets you search or filter by tags, language and jurisdiction.
The generated document fills the opportunity's products and separates one-time, monthly and yearly charges. The sales starter also fills the subscription start, agreement length, payment terms, renewal choice and notice period when those values are saved on the opportunity. Review any terms marked as incomplete in the document editor before sending. Customer references are not inferred from an internal opportunity or order number.
Standard and custom fields from the opportunity and its linked customer and contact fill automatically when your template contains their dynamic fields. For other records, see Merge fields in a document.
