Mentions, your activity queue, and search

Mention everyone in the conversation. Type @ and choose Alla. You can also type @all, @everyone, or @channel, @team, or @kanal to find that choice, then select it with Enter, Tab, or a click. The tag follows your app language: @alle in Norwegian and Danish, @alla in Swedish, and @everyone in English. You can type any of these to find it. Sent tags also follow each reader's app language, including older messages. One tag reaches the current members of this chat or channel, including when you use it in a thread. It does not invite anyone from outside the conversation. People who have turned off notifications for the conversation stay muted; people receiving mentions only can still receive this mention. Quoting an Everyone tag does not notify everyone again.

Aktivitet is your queue. Omnämnanden, svar till dig och trådar du följer It opens on Olästa, so you see what still wants you rather than everything that has happened since you last looked. Switch to Alla (or Visa allt when the list is clear) for the full history, and Omnämnanden or Trådar to narrow it. Each row says which it is: Nämnde dig, Svarade på ditt meddelande or Svarade i en tråd du följer.

Trådar is a record of what you were sent, not a view of every thread. A reply is listed only if you were following that thread at the moment it was posted, so joining a long conversation never fills the list with its back catalogue, and unfollowing never removes what you had already been given: Threads

Work it like an inbox. Svara answers without leaving the list, Öppna i chatten takes you to the conversation, and Markera som läst — Rensa den här utan att öppna den — clears one you do not need to act on. Markera som oläst puts it back: Lägg tillbaka den i din kö Markera alla som lästa clears the lot. Anything you read while Olästa is up stays on screen until you leave, so the list never moves under your hands.

Searching. Sök i kanaler och meddelanden… across everything, or Sök i {{channel}}… for one channel. Narrow with:

• Alla kanaler or Aktuell
• Vem som helst — or one person
• Efter and Före
• Har fil and Har länk

Har fil with a person's name is the fastest way to find the file somebody sent you last month. Rensa filter starts over, and Inga träffar. means the filters, not the archive, are usually at fault.
