The point is the rhythm. Dialling by hand between calls — finding the number, typing it, writing the note somewhere — costs more time than the calls do. Here the next number is already up, the record is on screen while you talk, and logging the outcome moves you on.

Two things to keep apart:

• A campaign is the list — a named set of numbers to get through. It persists, and you come back to it until it is finished. Build a calling campaign
• A session is one sitting at that list. It has its own stats — Uppringningar, Svar, Svarsfrekvens, Taltid — and ends when you stop. Run a calling session

Every call is logged on the record, with the outcome and any note, so the next person sees that this customer was rung on Tuesday and said no.

⟦Ring ej⟧ means it. Marking someone that way takes them out of future calling. Use it rather than skipping them, or the next person will ring them again.
