Ask Dealy inside a conversation

Bringing him in. Fråga Dealy om detta on a message, or name Dealy in what you write. Det räcker att nämna honom: han läser den här konversationen och svarar här. Tagga honom, så blir det tydligt för alla andra: While he works you see Dealy svarar … or Dealy svarar {{name}} …, and the answer appears in the conversation where everyone can read it — which is the point of asking here rather than in a private assistant window.

Catching up privately. When there was unread activity as you entered a conversation, open the three-dot menu in the conversation header and choose Sammanfatta för mig. You can also type /catchup or /catch up and choose Få en privat sammanfattning. This opens a private summary that only you can see; it never posts to the conversation or notifies colleagues. This requires AI access in your workspace.

The summary uses the unread messages captured when you opened the conversation, including unread replies in threads you follow or were mentioned in. Opening the conversation still follows its normal read behaviour; generating a summary does not change read status. Source numbers and Ursprungliga meddelanden take you back to the original messages. Attachments are not read by this summary.

Large conversations may have partial coverage, which is shown explicitly. The snapshot expires after two hours, and deleted messages are omitted. A failed summary can be retried with Försök igen against the same snapshot. Private summaries are kept only in the current browser session and cleared when you switch account or workspace.

Following up with Dealy. Under the summary, type into Ställ en följdfråga till Dealy, eller be honom göra något… and send, or pick Gör om det här till uppgifter åt mig or Vad här behöver svar från mig?. This opens Dealy in a new conversation that already knows the catch-up and which channel it came from, so he can read further back in the conversation, create tasks and work in your CRM. That conversation is yours alone, like the summary; nothing is posted to the channel.

How much he reads. Välj kontextfönster sets the window: Kontext: senaste so many meddelanden, marked in the transcript with Dealy läser härifrån. Widen it when the question depends on a discussion further up; keep it narrow when you want a clean answer to one thing.

When you are prompting rather than posting. Frågar Dealy shows on the composer, and Skicka till kanalen i stället switches back to talking to your colleagues — worth a glance before pressing Enter.

Approvals. When he wants to change something, Dealy behöver godkännande appears with Godkänn and Avvisa. Others see Väntar på att {{name}} avgör, and the message ends up marked Godkänd or Avvisad. Nothing changes in your CRM until somebody clicks. See Approving and undoing what Dealy does.

Deciding something as a group. Skapa en omröstning posts a Ny omröstning: a Fråga, its Alternativ, and optionally Tillåt flera svar and Stäng omröstningen vid en bestämd tid. Results show as {{count}} röster from {{count}} personer. Endast omröstningens skapare eller en kanaladmin kan stänga den
