Notes and the transcript in a call
The panel beside a call has five tabs: Chatt, Uppgifter, Fråga, Anteckningar and Referat. Everything in them belongs to the call you are in, and the ones worth knowing about are notes and the transcript.
Notes are yours alone. Write one and press Spara anteckning. It joins a list, stamped with the time, and the other person never sees it. Take as many as you like during one call: four short ones as things come up, or a single long one at the end.
A saved note lands on the CRM. If the call is attached to a customer, contact, opportunity or lead, the note is also written to that record's timeline as a note, exactly as if you had typed it there. A note on a contact already shows on their company's timeline, so it reaches both without being written twice. Notes taken in a call that is not attached to anything stay on the meeting only.
The line under each note says where it went. While it still says Sparar… the note is in flight; på tidslinjen means the CRM copy exists.
Editing or deleting a note follows it to the timeline. Change the wording and the timeline entry changes with it. Delete the note and the timeline entry goes too, so there is never a stale copy on a customer nobody can find.
Turn a note into an action item. The tick icon on a note copies its first line into Uppgifter, which both of you can see and tick off. The note itself stays private; only that line crosses over.
If you are not signed in — a guest who joined from an invite link — notes stay in your own browser and the panel says so. There is no account to save them to.
The transcript. Open Referat and press Start. Each person's browser transcribes their own microphone in their own language, so both sides have to switch it on for the transcript to cover the whole conversation.
The other person is told. The moment transcription starts, everyone else on the call gets a chime and a card explaining that speech is being turned into text and saved, and the indicator stays on screen for as long as it is running. Nobody is transcribed without being told.
It reads like written text. Speech recognition itself produces no full stops and no capitals. DealJourney adds the punctuation back a second or two after each line, without ever changing the words, and joins a run of lines from the same speaker into one paragraph. A line the tidy-up cannot handle is left exactly as it was heard rather than reworded.
Read it next to the chat, not instead of it. The panel shows one tab at a time, so use Öppna referatet i ett eget fönster in the transcript header. The transcript opens in a small window that keeps updating live, which leaves the panel free for the chat or your notes. Close the window to put it back. If nothing appears, your browser blocked the pop-up and you need to allow pop-ups for DealJourney.
Everything survives the call. Chat, action items, questions, the transcript and your notes are all written to the meeting record as the call goes on, so closing the tab does not lose them.
