The Sales tab
Pipeline is about deals: what is in flight, what will close, and what you are losing.
The period picker decides what counts, and beside it a second choice says what the change is measured against: the stretch just before, or the same dates last year. Besides "Last 7 / 30 / 90 days" and "Last 12 months" it offers whole calendar periods: *This month*, *Last month*, *This quarter*, *Last quarter*, *Year to date* and *Last year*, where quarters and years follow your workspace's fiscal year. Won and lost deals are counted by the day they closed, inside the period ("Last 30 days" is the 30 days ending today). A deal's creation date plays no part: a deal imported last week that closed two years ago belongs to two years ago. The open pipeline is a snapshot of what is open right now, so it does not change with the period, and its card says "Right now".
Salgsprognose projects the period from open deals weighted by stage probability, with a Beste tilfelle and a Tillit. It is only as honest as your stage probabilities: Edit your pipeline in the builder.
Pipeline etter fase and Pipeline-dekning answer whether there is enough in the pipeline at all. Coverage is pipeline against target — the number that tells you in month one that the quarter is already at risk, while there is still time to do something.
Vinn/tap-analyse gives Vinnrate, Gj.snitt avtalestørrelse and Gj.snitt. vunnet avtale.
Tapsårsaker is the most useful thing on the tab and the most often empty. Watch {{recorded}} av {{total}} tapte avtaler har en årsak — with reasons recorded on a third of lost deals the breakdown is not evidence, it is a sample of whoever bothered. Get the coverage up first, then trust the chart. Tapt til and Tap per team break it down further.
Leadkonverteringstrakt and Leads per kilde cover the leads created in the period; Konvertering etter kilde is the share of the deals that closed in the period which were won, per source. Together they tell you which sources are worth paying for. A source with high volume and a poor conversion rate is costing you selling time, not making you money.
Bidrag per person splits the same period by person. Read it with the loss reasons beside it: a low win rate with "price" against every loss is a pricing conversation, not a coaching one.
Ikke angitt and Uten team mark records missing the field being grouped on, and are worth fixing at source rather than ignoring.
Click a stage bar or a won/lost slice to open Postene bak denne verdien. The stage keeps its actual selection, including Ikke angitt, and the closed deals keep the period and people selected when the report ran. Opening a chart does not translate it into a different list filter.
The count and value beside each loss reason or team open their matching source records too. Competitor counts retain the spelling groups used by the report. Use Eksporter alle poster for the complete matching list, or Åpne post to open a sale. Values use the same currency conversion as the chart. If records change afterward, the panel explains why its current total differs from the earlier report.
