Which reports tab answers your question
The reports page is ten tabs over the same data, each cut for a different question. Picking the right one is most of the work.
- ⟦Oversikt⟧ — the handful of headline numbers, for a daily glance. The Overview tab
- ⟦Salg⟧ — pipeline, forecast, win rate and why deals are lost. The tab for "are we going to make the quarter". The Sales tab
- ⟦Fordeling⟧ - a period of sales counted and totalled per seller, per product, per anything you record on a sale. The tab for "how much did each person sell last month". The Breakdown tab
- ⟦Inntekt⟧ — MRR, expansion, churn and NRR. The tab for recurring revenue rather than deals. The Revenue tab
- ⟦Kunder⟧ — who is valuable, who is at risk, how engaged they are. The Customers tab
- ⟦Fastholdelse⟧ — retention by cohort over time: do customers who joined in March still pay you? The Retention tab
- ⟦Aktivitet⟧ — what your team is doing, and what support is dealing with. The Activity tab
- ⟦Markedsføring⟧ — campaign sends, opens and clicks. The Marketing tab
- ⟦Utforsk⟧ — the raw records behind any of it, filterable and exportable. The Explore tab
- ⟦Mine rapporter⟧ — reports you built yourself. Build a custom report
Sales or Revenue? This is the one people get wrong. Sales is about *deals* — one-off, closing on a date. Revenue is about *subscriptions* — recurring, and it moves without anybody closing anything. A business with subscriptions needs both, and a quarter can look good in one and bad in the other.
Customers or Retention? Customers is a snapshot of who they are now. Retention is the same customers grouped by when they joined and followed forward, which is the only way to see whether you are getting better at keeping them.
The period and comparison apply across tabs. Set the date range once and switch tabs; Sammenlign med forrige periode adds the previous period beside it, which is usually what turns a number into a conclusion.
If a chart says there is no data, it is nearly always the period rather than a fault — every tab says so in its own words rather than showing an empty box.
