The Activity tab
Aktivitet covers effort rather than outcome: what is being done, and what support is absorbing.
Engasjementsoversikt counts what the team did in the last 30 days: Samtaler, Møter, E-poster and Notater (together Kontaktpunkter, the contacts with people), and Fullførte oppgaver, which is internal work and is not counted as a contact.
Calls, meetings and tasks are completed activities, dated by when they happened. Calendar events with a customer or contact on them also count as held calls and meetings once their start time has passed, unless cancelled. Emails are the emails logged on records, completed email activities, and mailbox emails filed against a record, each counted once. A mailbox email or a calendar event with nobody from your CRM on it is not a contact with a customer and is not counted. The system's own entries (a field changed, a lead edited) are not counted either: they are not something a person did. A meeting synced from several people's calendars counts once, and a meeting you also logged as a completed activity (same person, starting within five minutes of each other) counts once. If your role limits you to your own records, you see your own counts, and the ticket figures follow the same scope.
Read these as leading indicators, not as scores. Activity precedes results by however long your sales cycle is, so a quiet month here shows up in the Sales tab a quarter later — which is exactly why it is worth watching. The reverse is the trap: high activity is not achievement, and ranking people on interaction counts reliably produces more interactions and no more revenue.
Support side: Saker etter status, Saker etter prioritet and Saker etter kilde. Source is the one that pays for itself: a channel producing far more tickets than the others is usually a product or a documentation problem, not a support problem. See Set up the support desk for the response-time targets behind it.
No time control here, on purpose. The activity counts always cover the last 30 days and the ticket charts count every ticket ever recorded; each card says which in its corner. A ticket is open until it is resolved or closed, so new tickets and ones waiting for the customer count as open.
Click a ticket-status slice, priority bar, source slice or legend entry to open Postene bak denne verdien. The list retains the chart's people selection and omits trashed or merged-away cases, just as its counts do. Selecting people narrows the cases available to your role; it never grants access to another person's cases. Team-assigned and unassigned cases remain in a permitted all-people view.
Use Eksporter alle poster for all matching cases, or Åpne post to open one. If a case changes after the chart ran, the panel explains the difference between its current count and the original count.
