The Revenue tab
Inntekt is about recurring revenue, so it is driven by subscriptions rather than by closing deals: Subscriptions.
⟦Nåværende MRR⟧ with MRR-trend is the headline. {{count}} kunder beside it stops you reading growth as health when it is really one large customer.
⟦Vekst vs. frafall⟧ breaks the movement into Basis-MRR, Ekspansjons-MRR and Frafall. This is the chart to look at, not the total: MRR that is flat because expansion exactly cancels churn is a very different business from MRR that is flat because nothing is happening, and the total cannot tell them apart.
⟦Netto inntektsbevaring⟧ — NRR — is existing customers' revenue this period against the same customers' revenue last period, with new customers excluded. Above 100% means your existing base grows on its own. It is the single most telling number on the page, because it is the one you cannot improve by selling harder.
⟦ARPA-trend⟧ is average revenue per account. Rising ARPA with flat customer numbers is upsell working; falling ARPA with rising customers usually means discounting.
⟦Inntekt etter plan⟧ shows where the money actually sits, which is often not where the attention goes.
Revenue or Sales? Revenue counts recurring money that exists whether or not anyone sold anything this month. Sales counts deals closed. A deal won today may add nothing to MRR this month, and MRR can fall in a month with excellent sales. See Which reports tab answers your question.
Empty charts — Ingen MRR-trenddata tilgjengelig, Ingen NRR-data tilgjengelig — usually mean too little history in the selected period rather than a fault. NRR in particular needs a full previous period to compare against.
