Send a visit's documentation to Boligmappa
An electrician is obliged to file product documentation for the work, and in Norway that goes in the property's own home folder. This does it from the job rather than from another system.
You only see this if your company uses Boligmappa. The Boligmappa tab appears when Boligmappa is connected and set up for your workspace, and does not exist at all otherwise. Photos and documents on a job work exactly the same either way, so nothing here is required to run visits.
Pick the property first. Finn eiendommen looks the job's site address up in the national address register and then asks Boligmappa which property is registered there.
Two answers are common and both are handled rather than hidden: Flere eiendommer deler denne adressen. Velg riktig eiendom før du sender noe. That matters more than it sounds. A block of flats shares one street address, and a certificate filed into the wrong home folder cannot be taken back, by us or by the homeowner.
If the address is not in the register, or Boligmappa has nothing registered there, you are told plainly and offered the other way in: Nummeret på boligeierens boligmappe
Then choose what to send. Hva skal sendes lists the job's Bilder and Dokumenter, so a visit that produced only paperwork can still be filed: Dette oppdraget har ingen bilder eller dokumenter ennå. Legg dem til først, og kom tilbake.
Anything already sent carries Sendt and starts unticked. You can send it again on purpose, and the switch says why you would want to be sure: En ekstra kopi blir liggende i boligmappen for alltid, så gjør dette bare for å erstatte noe som var feil.
What is recorded. Every filing is written to the Historikk tab with what went and which property it went to, so months later it is answerable whether this visit's documentation was filed and when. That record is the point of doing it here rather than by hand.
If Boligmappa refuses part of a send you are told which parts: Boligmappa avviste noen av filene. The rest still goes.
