Create a job
Nytt oppdrag on the Jobs page opens Nytt oppdrag. The only thing you must answer is Hva skal gjøres? — everything else can be filled in later, including who it is for.
Et oppdrag er ett besøk: en tid i kalenderen, et mannskap, og en oversikt over hva som faktisk ble gjort på stedet.
Who it is for. Kunde and Kontaktperson på stedet. The contact list narrows to the people at that company once a customer is chosen, which is why the field says Velg en kunde først until then. Both are optional: a walk-in emergency can be booked first and attached to a customer afterwards.
Where. Adresse på stedet is deliberately its own address and not the customer's billing address. For a service business those are different more often than they are the same, and a crew sent to the head office instead of the site is the mistake this field exists to prevent.
Notater til mannskapet is worth filling in properly: Portkoder, parkering, hvor måleren står. Alt som sparer mannskapet for en telefon.
When. Når takes a day plus Start and Slutt. A job with no time is still a job — it sits in the list as Ikke planlagt until somebody books it. Set Hvor lang tid det skal ta, i minutter if the length is known but the day is not.
What kind of work. Oppdragstype is your own list, not ours. Annual service, emergency callout, first-fix, warranty visit — whatever your business actually distinguishes between. A job type can carry a default length so the calendar slot fills itself in.
If the job does not save, the message says why: Oppdraget ble ikke opprettet. Se over opplysningene og prøv igjen.
Other ways in. Most jobs are not typed in by hand. They come from a deal you have won (Turn a deal into a job), from a project that needs several visits, or from an automation. Creating one here is the fallback, not the main road.
