Schedule a job and send a crew

The slot. Når is a day plus Start and Slutt, not just a date. That is the difference between a job and a task: thirty visits in a day only work if each one knows its two hours.

If the end is before the start you are told rather than allowed: Slutttidspunktet er før starttidspunktet.

A job with no slot yet reads Ikke planlagt and stays in the list waiting to be booked. Every reschedule is recorded on the Historikk tab, so "we moved it because they were not in" is answerable months later.

The crew. Mannskap is a list of people, not one assignee — the thing that most separates a visit from every other record in DealJourney. Two electricians and an apprentice go to the same job, and all three need to see it.

Alle på denne listen ser oppdraget. Lederen er den kunden og vaktsentralen spør etter.

Add somebody with Legg noen til mannskapet, give them a Rolle på dette oppdraget if it matters, and use Gjør til leder for the person the customer and the dispatcher should ask for. Ta av dette oppdraget takes somebody off. Until anybody is on it the job reads Ingen er satt opp enda.

Ansvarlig is separate and is about accountability rather than attendance: the person answerable for the job, who may well not be in the van. A job with nobody set reads Ingen enda.

Changing the crew is recorded, so it is answerable who was actually sent rather than who was planned.

A note on the phone. The technician's mobile view is not built yet. Today a job is planned, scheduled and completed from a computer, which is fine for a dispatcher and awkward for somebody in a crawlspace. That surface is the next substantial piece of work on this module.
