Bill the hours somebody logged

Hours are recorded the same way everywhere in DealJourney (Timesheet). What is specific to a job is turning them into money.

On the Linjer tab, pulling the hours sweeps every hour logged against this visit that has not already been billed somewhere else and turns each one into a line. You are told what happened in so many words: La til {{count}} linjer for {{hours}} timer, verdt {{amount}}.

Nothing is swept twice. An hour that was already billed elsewhere is left alone and counted separately: {{count}} føringer var allerede fakturert et annet sted, så de ble ikke rørt. If there is nothing waiting, you get Det er ingen ufakturerte timer ført på dette oppdraget nå.

When an hour has no rate the pull stops and asks rather than guessing: Noen av disse timene mangler timepris. Oppgi en som skal brukes for dem. Give it Pris per time and Legg til timene. Brukes bare for timene som ikke har egen pris. Resten beholder sin.

That refusal is deliberate. Pricing somebody's afternoon at zero because the rate was missing is the kind of mistake nobody notices until the invoice has gone out.

One line per entry, not one lump. Each line remembers which recorded hour it came from, which is what makes billing the same hour twice impossible. It does mean a week of work is several lines rather than one, and you can edit their descriptions like any other line.

Pulled lines count as delivered, so they are billed with the rest when the job reaches the status that invoices: Lines, and what actually gets billed
