Connect Boligmappa

Use this when your company files documentation into Boligmappa, Norway's digital home folder. Once connected, every job gets a Boligmappa tab that files the job's photos, documents and submitted forms into the property's folder.

The connection belongs to the whole workspace, and only a workspace admin can set it up.

Before you start

You need your company's own Boligmappa Bedrift login: the username and password you use to sign in to Boligmappa as a company. You also need to know which profession your company is registered with in Boligmappa, for example Elektriker.

Connect it

1. 1Open the Boligmappa settings. On Tilkobling, fill in Brukernavn and Passord.
2. 2Choose Miljø: Produksjon for real filings, or Test if Boligmappa gave you a test login.
3. 3Choose your Fagområde. Every file a job sends is filed under it.
4. 4Select Lagre. DealJourney tests the login with Boligmappa before it counts as connected, and the badge at the top says which it is: Tilkoblet, Tilkoblet testmiljøet, or Lagret, ikke godtatt ennå.

The password is stored encrypted and is never shown again. To keep the saved one, leave the field empty; to change it, type a new one.

When Boligmappa refuses the login

The page says why in plain words, for example Boligmappa avviste innloggingen. Sjekk brukernavn og passord. or Firmaet ditt er ikke registrert i Boligmappa med dette fagområdet. Velg det firmaet er registrert med. When Boligmappa gives a reason DealJourney has no sentence for, you see Boligmappa's own words with its error number, which is what Boligmappa's support asks for.

Test tilkoblingen checks the login again without saving anything.

If you see DealJourneys partnertilgang hos Boligmappa er ikke satt opp ennå. Når du lagrer, lagres innloggingen uten å bli testet. DealJourney's own agreement with Boligmappa is not in place on this server yet. Your login is saved, but it cannot be tested or used until it is.

Disconnect

Koble fra removes the saved password and turns the job tab off. The username and profession stay, so connecting again only needs the password.
