Connect TelecomX and see your team's calls

Use this when your company's phones run on TelecomX. Once connected, every call your team makes and takes comes into DealJourney and is matched to the right person by their work email. About a year of history is brought in, so you can compare from the first day.

DealJourney only reads calls. It never changes anything in your phone system. The connection belongs to the whole workspace, and only a workspace admin can set it up or change who a phone belongs to. Everyone with access to the page can see the figures.

Before you start

Ask your TelecomX administrator for an API token. A read-only token is recommended, because DealJourney only needs to read calls.

Connect it

1. 1Open Markedsplass from the sidebar and choose TelecomX.
2. 2On Tilkobling, paste the token into API-nøkkel.
3. 3Select Koble til. DealJourney checks the token with TelecomX before saving it. A token TelecomX refuses is never saved.

The history then starts coming in. While it does, the page shows how far it has come as a percentage. When it is done, the page says it is up to date and when it last checked. New calls keep coming in by themselves; select Synkroniser nå to check straight away.

If the page warns that the key can change your phone system settings, the token has more access than DealJourney needs. Ask TelecomX for a read-only token and paste it on the same tab to replace the old one. Calls already brought in are kept.

Check who is who

Open Personer. Each TelecomX user is listed with their numbers, how many calls they had in the last 30 days, and the DealJourney person their calls belong to. The label beside each one says how the link was made:

• Koblet via e-post: the work email in TelecomX is the same as the person's email in DealJourney.
• Valgt av dere: an admin chose the person.
• Ikke en DealJourney-bruker: an admin marked the phone as not belonging to anyone here, such as a reception or shared phone.
• Ikke koblet: no match was found.

A highlighted row is a phone with calls that is not linked to anyone. Those calls count for the company, but for nobody personally. To fix it, choose the right person in the list. Choose Koble via e-post to go back to matching by email.

Read the call figures

Open Samtaler and choose a period: today, this week, this month or last month. For each person you see:

• Utgående and how many of them were Tilkoblet. Connected means a person picked up, not voicemail.
• Samtaletid on the calls they made, counted from pickup to hang-up, and the average length of a connected call.
• Innkommende and how many they Besvart.

The last row adds everyone up. Below the table, the page shows how many calls reached no one in the period, and how many of those were missed.

Disconnect

On Tilkobling, select Koble fra and confirm. DealJourney forgets the token and stops bringing in new calls. The calls already stored are kept, so your reports still show them.
