Move an opportunity to another stage

Your pipeline is shown as a board with one column per stage. To move a deal forward (or back) a stage:

1. 1Open Tilbud from the sidebar.
2. 2Make sure you're in the board view — use the view toggle near the top right and choose Kanban.
3. 3Drag the opportunity's card from its current column and drop it on the stage column you want. The deal moves to that stage straight away.

Keeping stages up to date is what keeps your forecast honest — the pipeline value, conversion rates, and reports are all built from where each deal sits.

You can also start a new deal already in a particular stage: at the top of a stage column, click the Opret ny mulighed i denne fase button (the + on the column).

When a deal is finished, don't leave it sitting in the last stage — mark it won or lost so it leaves the open pipeline.
