Connect your calendar

Your calendar syncs through the same connection as your mailbox, so there is nothing separate to set up. Ingen kalenderkonto tilsluttet. Tilslut Gmail eller Microsoft i Mail & kalender.

Connect from E-mail & Kalender — see "Connect Outlook or Microsoft 365" or "Connect Gmail and Google Calendar" for the steps. Forbind Gmail eller Outlook for automatisk at synkronisere møder på tværs af alle dine kalendere.

Once connected, events flow both ways: meetings booked in Outlook or Google appear here, and events created here appear there.

If meetings are missing, check the connection first. Mail and calendar share it, so an expired connection stops both — and email going quiet is usually noticed sooner than a calendar looking a little empty. Open E-mail & Kalender and reconnect if the account shows Afbrudt.

Two other things that look like a broken sync and are not:

• Sync is periodic. A meeting accepted a minute ago may not be here yet.
• It starts from when you connected. Meetings from before that do not arrive retrospectively.
