Plan a meeting and ask the guest what they want from it
A meeting can start before the meeting. When you create a meeting with Tilføj et DealJourney-videoopkald (med Dealy) turned on, a Mødeplan appears underneath. Give it a goal, the agenda (one item per line) and the questions you want the guest to answer before you meet. All of it is optional.
The guest's form. With Spørg gæsten, hvad de vil have ud af mødet on, the invitation carries a Forbered dig til mødet link. It opens a short page, no login needed, that shows who invited them, when, your goal and agenda, and asks:
- what they want to get out of the meeting
- what would make it worth their time by the end: a demo, a price, a decision, access or a trial, just learning more, or agreeing next steps
- your own questions
- anything they want added to the agenda
They can come back to the same link to change their answers. Only your workspace sees them.
While they wait to be let in. A guest waiting for you in the waiting room can choose Fortæl Dealy, hvad du vil have ud af mødet. Dealy then asks, one question at a time, whatever the form asks that they have not answered yet, and adds what they say to the same answers. It never answers questions about your product, prices or company: it tells them you will cover that and adds it to the agenda. It only appears when your workspace has AI turned on, uses your workspace's AI credits, and stops after a few questions.
Where the answers go. They are kept on the meeting. When you open Dealy in the call, the panel starts with what the guest said, and your plan is already filled in, with any question they already answered ticked off. You also see what the guest said as soon as you are in the call, without turning Dealy on, and it updates while they talk to Dealy in the waiting room. Dealy knows all of it from the start, so it can help you cover what they came for. A meeting booked through a booking link brings the booking form's answers along the same way.
Dealy treats the guest's answers as information about the meeting, never as instructions, and it never answers product questions on your behalf.
