Control who can open what

Konfigurera sidåtkomst och datasynlighet för varje roll. Open Rollåtkomst in the admin area.

The four levels, from closed to open:

• ⟦Ingen tillgång⟧ — Användaren är helt blockerad från denna sida.
• ⟦Endast visning⟧ — Endast skrivåtkomst till egen data. Det går inte att skapa, redigera eller ta bort.
• ⟦Begränsad tillgång⟧ — Kan bara skapa, redigera och ta bort egen data.
• ⟦Full tillgång⟧ — Full tillgång till all data med användarfiltrering aktiverad.

Note what the middle two really mean: they scope people to *their own data*. That is usually the setting you want for a sales rep, not Full tillgång. Tips: Använd endast Visa för analytiker, Begränsad åtkomst för säljare och Full åtkomst för chefer.

Setting it, one role at a time

1. 1Use Rollbaserad vy.
2. 2Pick the role under Välj Roll att konfigurera.
3. 3Find the page — Sök efter sida — and set Ställ in åtkomst.
4. 4Spara ändringar.

Setting it in bulk. Matrisvy - Massåtkomstkonfiguration — Välj en behörighetsnivå och använd sedan kryssrutor för att ge den nivån till flera rollsideskombinationer samtidigt. En bock ger minst {{level}}. Tas bocken bort sänks rollen ett steg. Bidragssektionen and Bevilja alla roller do a whole section or a whole page in one click. Asterisk = Osparade ändringar, and the bar shows {{count}} väntande until you save.

⟦Handlingsförmåga⟧ is a level finer: Kontrollera vilka åtgärder som är tillgängliga för den här rollen på specifika sidor. Use it for the "can open it, must not export it" kind of rule. Administratörs- och chefsroller har alla funktioner aktiverade som standard.

Letting a role edit but not delete. Deleting is its own switch, separate from the access level, and it is set per record type. So a role can keep Full tillgång on customers and still be unable to remove one. Look for Radera kunder, Radera leads, Radera kontakter, Radera affärer, Radera aktiviteter, Radera produkter and Radera prenumerationer.

Every role starts with all of them on, so nothing changes until you turn one off. Turning one off applies everywhere, not just to the button on the record: bulk delete from a list and asking Dealy to delete something are both refused for that role too.

Customers are the one worth thinking hardest about. Tillåt permanent radering av kunder. Ges som standard. Stäng av den för en roll som ska underhålla kunder men aldrig ta bort dem. Radering av en kund tar också bort dess affärer, prenumerationer, fakturor, aktiviteter och kontakter.

Your own roles. The built-in ones are Administration, Chef, Försäljning, Standard and Visare. If none fits, use Lägg till nivå and Klona från (valfritt) — starting from the nearest existing role is far quicker than setting sixty pages by hand.

Before deleting a role, move its people off it: {{role}} tas bort. Användare som har rollen kvar står utan åtkomst tills du flyttar dem till en annan.
