Manage your subscriptions and saved card

Tillgängligt i alla planerSå här gör duÖppna i DealJourney

Everything your workspace pays DealJourney for is listed under Admin in Fakturering, in the section Abonnemang. Only a workspace administrator can see and change it.

Each subscription shows what it is and what happens next: when it renews and for how much, when a cancelled one stops, or a payment that is due.

Cancel

  1. 1Press Säg upp next to the subscription.
  2. 2Confirm. The module stays on until the end of the period you have paid for and is then not renewed. You get a confirmation by email.

Changed your mind? Press Ångra uppsägning while the period lasts and it renews as before. A subscription whose last payment is missing stops at once when you cancel it, and nothing more is charged.

Pay what is due

When a payment is due, the subscription shows the amount with Betala nu. Paying switches anything that was switched off back on straight away, and the new month starts that day.

When a renewal payment fails

  1. 1We email the address invoices go to, with a button to pay with another card.
  2. 2We try your saved card again after 1, 3 and 5 days, and remind you each time.
  3. 3If it is still unpaid 7 days after the period ended, the module is switched off and we tell you. Pay the amount and it is switched back on at once.

If a renewal cannot be charged because your billing details no longer check out, for example a VAT number that is no longer in the register, we email you to update Set your billing details and verify your VAT number and try again.

Saved cards

Under Sparade kort you see the card renewals are charged to. Ta bort removes it, and it is deleted at our card processor too, so it can never be charged again. Your next payment then asks for a card and keeps that one instead. To change card, remove the old one; the next payment saves the new card.

Refunds

Refunds are made by DealJourney. A refunded payment gets a credit note, and a full refund usually also ends what it paid for.
