Choose which KPIs a list page shows
Every list page carries a row of KPI cards above the table. There are two separate controls, and which one you want depends on whether you are changing this for yourself or for everyone.
Hide the row, just for you
Above the cards there is a small ⟦Dölj nyckeltal⟧ control. Use it and the row disappears on that page for you, on every device you sign in from. It comes back with ⟦Visa nyckeltal⟧.
Reach for this when the cards are simply eating the space you wanted for the table. It changes nothing for anybody else, and everyone has it.
Change which cards everyone sees
Administrators get a ⟦Redigera KPI:er⟧ control next to that one, on the page itself. It opens a panel where each card can be moved, removed, or swapped for a different number.
- 1Open the list page you want to change.
- 2Select ⟦Redigera KPI:er⟧.
- 3For each card, use the arrows to reorder, the bin to remove it, or ⟦Lägg till ett mått⟧ to bring in a metric from your metrics library.
- 4A library metric also takes a ⟦Period⟧ (this month, last 90 days, all time, and so on) and can be set to ⟦Dubbel bredd⟧ if the number needs the room.
- 5Save. Everyone in the company sees the new row.
⟦Återställ⟧ puts the page's original cards back.
If you are not an administrator you will not see this control at all. That is deliberate: the row is the same for the whole company, so one person changing it would change it for their colleagues.
What you can put on which page
A metric can only go on the page it measures. The Opportunities row offers opportunity metrics, the Invoices row offers invoice metrics, and so on. This is on purpose: a card labelled with a customer number sitting above the opportunities table would be read as being about the opportunities in front of you, and it would not be.
Two consequences worth knowing:
- If a metric you expected is missing from the list, it almost certainly measures a different record type. Put it on that record's page, or on a dashboard, where anything can sit next to anything.
- Orders is not yet part of the metrics library, so its row can be reordered and trimmed but cannot take new metrics.
Removing a card only takes it off the page. Nothing stops being calculated and no report changes, so you can always put it back.
Why a colleague sees a card you do not
Almost always because one of you has hidden the whole row for yourself. The cards themselves are the same for everyone in the company, so if a single card is missing for one person and present for another, check the personal show/hide control first.
