In Tilldela en person set the Person, Projekt, Start and Slut, then how much of them you are taking: Procent av kapacitet, Timmar per dag or Totalt antal timmar. A Anteckning helps — Valfri kontext för denna tilldelning…

Percent is usually the honest unit. "Half of Anna for three weeks" matches how work really goes; "120 hours" hides the fact that she is also on two other things.

Conflicts are shown, not blocked. You are told Överlappar {{count}} befintliga allokeringar i det här intervallet and {{day}} når {{pct}} %. Somebody at 140% on a Thursday is a decision for you to make, and the plan says so rather than quietly accepting it — which is the entire value of the view.

Zoom to the question. 1 vecka for this week's reality, 2 veckor or 4 veckor for whether you can take the next job. ledig marks the spare capacity.

⟦Inget projekt⟧ covers holiday, training and internal work. Leave those out and the plan will always look more available than the team is.

Planned is not actual. This is what you intend; the timesheet is what happened. Comparing the two after a project is how estimates get better: Read your week, and add hours up over a period
