The Goals tab

The Mål tab — Publicerade mål och projekten som driver dem.

It connects delivery to strategy: each published objective for the period, and the projects driving it.

Koppla bort projekt and Koppla bort mål undo it.

What it is actually for. An objective with no projects behind it is a wish — nobody has been given time to move it. A project driving no objective is work you have chosen to do for some other reason, which may be perfectly fine but should be a decision rather than an accident. Both are visible here in one screen, and both are worth acting on.

⟦Inga projekt driver detta mål ännu.⟧ under an objective, in the middle of a quarter, is the finding to chase. Ask what is meant to move it before the period ends and the retrospective explains it after the fact: Write a retrospective.

Nothing to link yet? Inga publicerade mål denna period — Publicera ett mål för denna period på Mål-sidan för att koppla projekt till det. An objective has to be published for the period before it appears: Skapa mål och nyckelresultat på Mål-sidan, och länka sedan projekt till dem här för att koppla strategi till leverans. Linking does not move a goal on its own. Progress still comes from check-ins against the key results: Check in on a target.
