Have AI write or change a document

Tillgängligt i ProSå här gör duÖppna i DealJourney

You can describe the document you need and have it written for you, and you can ask for changes to a document you already have. Both show you the result before anything is final, and neither one sends anything.

These need AI switched on for your company, the same AI that powers Dealy and everything else. There is no separate AI purchase for documents: if AI is on, this is on, and if it is off, Beskriv det and Fråga AI are simply not offered. Everything else in Kontrakt works exactly the same either way. Ask an administrator if you expected to see them and do not.

Create an image for a proposal

In an editable document, add an image block or open one you already have. Press Generera bild, choose Bildformat, and fill in Beskriv din bild. Describe the subject, colours and style you want. Press Generera bild to create a preview sized for that space.

Press Använd bild to insert the result, or Generera en ny to create another. Your existing image stays in place until you choose a replacement. Each generation uses AI credits, including images you decide not to use. Keep the editor open while generation finishes. If saving an accepted image fails, retry Använd bild from the same preview; you do not need to pay for another generation.

This option requires AI to be enabled for the company and available to your user. It is also available for offer-template header pictures and page backgrounds, where the shape is set by the space you selected: Put any field from any record into a contract template.

Write a new document from a description

  1. 1Press Nytt dokument.
  2. 2Vilken sorts dokument? Pick Färdig utformad or Interaktivt, the same as always.
  3. 3Vad ska det utgå från? Choose Beskriv det.
  4. 4Write what you need in your own words, then press Skriv det.

The more concrete you are, the less you have to fix afterwards. Say the length of the agreement, the price and how it is invoiced, the notice period, and anything that must be in there. A useful description reads like a note to a colleague, not like a search.

The dialog closes once your request is accepted. You can keep working or leave the page while the document is written in the background. A notification in your bell opens the finished draft when you are ready to review it. Everything in it is yours to change. If writing fails, you receive a notification too.

Ask for changes to a document you already have

Open any draft and press Fråga AI.

  1. 1Say what you want changed. There are a few suggestions to start from.
  2. 2If it should only touch part of the document, tick Ändra bara de delar jag väljer and pick the parts.
  3. 3Press Föreslå ändringar.

You then get a list of the proposed changes: what is added, what is removed, what is reworded, and the wording before and after. Nothing has happened to your document yet. Press Tillämpa ändringarna to accept them all, or Kasta and ask differently. If you change your mind after accepting, the message that appears has an undo.

Only the parts it names are touched. The rest of the document is left exactly as you wrote it, which is the point: a rewrite that quietly re-words a clause you never mentioned is the last thing you want in something someone is about to sign.

What it knows, and what it will not do

It uses what you tell it, plus whatever your company has written in its knowledge base: your tone of voice, your standard terms, your prices. Point a knowledge collection at legal or pricing material and every document written here starts from it.

It will not invent facts. Where a value is knowable, it uses a merge field, so the customer name and your own company details fill themselves in. Where it is not, you get a blank line to complete rather than a plausible-looking number.

Before you send it

Read it. These are drafts, not legal advice, and the person who sends a contract is the person responsible for what it says. What is checked before a document goes out lists everything the system itself will check for you.
