Track a document and chase a signature

The list. Dokument och signering shows Status, Undertecknare and Aktivitet for each document, with {{signed}} av {{total}} har signerat on the ones part-way through. Filter by status, or Sök bland dokument ….

What each status means:

• Utkast — not sent; nobody has seen it.
• Väntar på signatur — sent, not yet opened.
• Visad — they opened it. This is the useful one: viewed-and-not-signed for three days is a conversation, not a reminder.
• Delvis signerad — some have signed.
• Slutförd — everyone has.
• Avböjd, Annullerad, Utgången — closed, for three different reasons.

The timeline on each document records Skickat för signering, Öppnat, Visat, Signerat, Påminnelse skickad, Nedladdat and Slutfört, with who and when. Utskick, öppningar och signaturer visas här när dokumentet har gått ut.

That record is why "we never received it" is answerable rather than arguable. Per signer you also get Visad {{when}} and Signerad {{when}}.

Reminding. Påminn — Påminnelse skickad till undertecknare som saknas Only people who have not signed are contacted, so nobody who has already done their part is nagged. If you set Automatiska påminnelser when sending, this happens without you.

Cancelling. Annullering avbryter alla utestående signaturer. Undertecknarna meddelas och dokumentet kan inte längre signeras. Detta kan inte ångras. Motivering (valfritt) — visas för undertecknarna — write one; a signer who sees a cancelled document with no explanation will ring you anyway.

A signer who asks for a change does not have to decline. They can request one, and Signeringen är pausad tills de svarar, så du aldrig signerar en ordalydelse du har invänt mot. You answer, and either they sign or you send a corrected version.
